Where do I start?
Santa Monica Yoga welcomes new students with free
orientations, introduction to yoga courses, and to our regularly scheduled classes.
- dive right in with one of our regularly scheduled
classes. Review our schedule. Beginners
are welcome to any "Level 1 Gentle", "Level 1", "Level 1-2"
or "Mixed Level" class.
If you would like to start out slowly, "Level 1 Gentle" classes will relax you,
while "Level 1" classes are a bit more vigorous. If you are feeling
adventurous, "Level 1-2" classes are more challenging, and "Mixed
Level" classes are more challenging and may be quite vigorous.
