Aden is a fun, strong, heartfelt teacher who really cares about her students. You will sweat and be looked after at the same time!

She's REALLY good. And this has nothing to do with Aden, but my human-being identifiers below are "responsible chisel."

I've been in LA for a little while last summer and I attended 2 of Aden's classes. I just have to say a big THANK YOU to her. Aden, you are a great teacher!

When I took Aden's class, she had a full range of students, from Int/Advanced on down to two giggly pre-teen newbies...and she taught a class that was fun, safe, and appropriate for all levels. Plus, she's so grounded in her own strength that even though she has a great personality and sense of humor, she's able to get out of the spotlight and let the yoga practice itself take center stage and do the deep teaching.
