Jane Zingale
Jane Zingale is a hands-on instructor who has training and experience with various styles of yoga. Her classes are a mix of Iyengar, Hatha and Kundalini yoga. She encourages energy, strength and conscious breathing promoting the student's focus. Slowly warming the body from the inside out she guides the student’s attention to form and alignment, lengthening the spine, and caring for the lower back.

Jane gives a great class. If I was still practicing [chiropractic], I would send her all my patients because I would be confident that she would make sure they did all the postures correctly without further injuring themselves. And for us yogis, Jane really helps you fine tune your asanas.
Jane was one of the first teachers I studied with at SMY and she gave me a great foundation for my practice for which I will always be grateful. She is a joy to work with, a benevolent drill sergeant who makes sure you are properly aligned and getting the most out of the poses, and a beautiful person who will make you laugh. A must for any beginner and for anyone who loves yoga.
Jane is such a wonderful teacher! from your first time to your last practice Jane will be able to teach you something about proper posture and alignment in a way that will encourage you to keep learning something new every day. She is a strong and peaceful knowledgeable, gentle teacher..i can't say enough good things about taking Jane's class!
