Nathalie Canessa believes that the practice of Yoga, which yokes breath, life, body and spirit, is for absolutely anyone and everyone. We are all shaped differently and we all have our own stories, but we can all connect to our hearts, spirit and breath, and we can all strengthen, stretch and heal our bodies and our minds. Nathalie uses her background in dance, meditation, kirtan chanting and her own life experiences to create a meditative vinyasa (flow) style that emphasizes breath and alignment. She helps her students to find their own inner rhythm, to move with grace, and to connect to the joy which resides within us. She is deeply grateful to all her teachers.
